This guide has the sizing for every AlienDose product — leggings, capris, shorts, sports bras, tops, sets, jumpsuits and rompers. Here's what you'll find on this page:

Body measurements — find your size, XS to XL (AU 6–14)
How to measure — bust, waist and hips
Size advice by style — leggings, shorts, sports bras, tops, sets & jumpsuits
Garment measurements — length, bust, waist, hips and openings for sports bras, shorts and leggings

Body Measurements (cm)

All AlienDose activewear follows standard Australian sizing. Use your body measurements to find your size.

Size	AU Size	Bust	Waist	Hips
XS	6	78–81	60–63	86–89
S	8	82–85	64–67	90–93
M	10	86–90	68–72	94–98
L	12	91–95	73–77	99–103
XL	14	96–100	78–82	104–108

How to Measure

Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
Hips: around the widest part of your hips and bottom, feet together.

Keep the tape snug but not tight. Measurements may vary by 1–2 cm.

Choosing Your Size by Style

Leggings & capris: go by your waist and hips. Our leggings are high-waisted and compressive. Choose your usual size for a firm, sculpting fit, or size up for a softer feel.
Shorts: go by your waist and hips. They have a second-skin, compressive fit, so the fabric stretches when worn.
Sports bras & crop tops: go by your bust. If you have a fuller bust or prefer more coverage, size up.
Long-sleeve & 3/4 sleeve tops: go by your bust. Choose your usual size for a fitted look, or size up for a more relaxed fit.
Sets, jumpsuits & rompers: these fit both top and bottom, so choose the size that matches your largest measurement.

Garment Measurements (cm)

These are measurements of the garment itself, taken flat and unstretched. Our fabrics stretch to fit your body, so these numbers will be smaller than your body measurements — use the body chart above to choose your size.
