Every order ships free to any address in Australia, with no minimum spend.

Shipping time

Estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days. During peak periods (major sales, Black Friday, Christmas) or in the event of customs or carrier delays, it may occasionally take longer. Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Customs, duties and GST

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any GST that applies to your order is included in the price or shown at checkout. For orders under A$1,000 there are no import duties, and you won't be asked to pay any extra fees.

Late, lost or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@aliendose.com with your order number (and photos if it's damaged). We'll track it down and, if it's lost or damaged in transit, send a replacement or give you a full refund — at no cost to you.
