Welcome to AlienDose ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of aliendose.com and to any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

AlienDose is an online store selling sunglasses, sports sunglasses, blue light glasses and activewear. See our Legal Information page for our details. You can contact us at info@aliendose.com.

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

3. Products and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping within Australia is free. We take care to describe and display our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices and promotions may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Your contract with us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — in that case we'll let you know and give you a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Returns, refunds and warranty

We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on eligible items, and a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns, Refunds & Warranty page.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discounts can't be combined unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash and are only valid during the stated promotion period.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — belongs to AlienDose or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs or natural disasters.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where AlienDose is based. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, which continue to apply to your purchase.
