Body Measurements (cm)

All AlienDose activewear follows standard Australian sizing. Use your body measurements to find your size.

How to Measure

Bust: around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist: around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
Hips: around the widest part of your hips and bottom, feet together.

Keep the tape snug but not tight. Measurements may vary by 1–2 cm.

Choosing Your Size by Style

Leggings & capris: go by your waist and hips. Our leggings are high-waisted and compressive. Choose your usual size for a firm, sculpting fit, or size up for a softer feel.
Shorts: go by your waist and hips. They have a second-skin, compressive fit, so the fabric stretches when worn.
Sports bras & crop tops: go by your bust. If you have a fuller bust or prefer more coverage, size up.
Long-sleeve & 3/4 sleeve tops: go by your bust. Choose your usual size for a fitted look, or size up for a more relaxed fit.
Sets, jumpsuits & rompers: these fit both top and bottom, so choose the size that matches your largest measurement.
